Loue gite meublé (pavillon Muscat) à KAYSERSBERG sur la belle route des Vins d'Alsace, à 9 kms de Colmar (Ht. Rhin).

C'est des petits pavillons individuels en duplex idéal pour 2 ou 3 personnes, pouvant tout de même accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes. (1 grand lit 2 personnes en 140 et 1 lit 1 personne en 90 à l'étage, et un canapé bz pour 1 ou 2 personnes en 140).

-Cuisine entièrement rénovée (lave vaisselle, four, plaque vitro, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, senséo ...)

-Salle de bain entièrement rénovée avec douche à l'italienne, machine à laver, sèche-cheveux,..

Dans un cadre très verdoyant et fleuri, calme, entre vignes et montagnes.

Fonctionnel, avec terrasse privée de plain pied avec salon de jardin, parasol et barbecue électrique.

Très bien situé pour visiter les nombreux villages environnants, pour de nombreuses activités sportives ou culturelles, se plonger dans la culture alsacienne, découvrir la gastronomie régionale, la Route des Vins et ses 7 cépages.

COLMAR pour sa vieille ville et la petite Venise, etc.., Ribeauvillé, Turckheim, Kientzheim, Hunawihr, Bergheim, Ammerschwihr, Eguisheim, Riquewihr, St.Hippolyte, Mittelwihr pour sa colline des amandiers et ses bons vins, etc.. tous ces beaux villages sont à moins de 25 kms. Sans oublier également la vallée de Munster ! Ou encore le bord du Rhin avec Neuf Brisach, une cité Vauban,...

Nous sommes à ¾ d'heure de Rust en Allemagne pour aller à EUROPAPARK, le plus grand parc d'attraction d' Europe !! Pour tout âge, très sincèrement !

Mulhouse (à 40 kms) et ses musées de l'automobile et du Chemin de Fer à 40 kms et son zoo, Strasbourg à 70 kms pour sa Cathédrale, ses quartiers anciens..

Les musées, les châteaux, les cigognes, les lacs, les fermes auberges et ses bons fromages, .. tant de choses à découvrir en Alsace !!

Le gîte est également très bien situé pour découvrir la féerie des MARCHES DE NOEL à partir de fin Novembre jusqu'à début Janvier.

IMPORTANT : Il vous sera demandé une taxe de séjour de 1.- par personne adulte et par nuit.

Le gîte est propre pour votre arrivée, il doit être rendu propre pour votre départ, si vous ne souhaitez pas le faire vous même, il vous sera demandé un forfait de 60.- €

Au moment de votre départ, j'ai effectivement de suite vu que le ménage n'avait pas été fait comme pour un départ "normal", mais je n'avais effectivement pas relu ma fiche que vous aviez réservé le ménage. Veuillez accepter encore toutes mes excuses. Toutefois je précise que la vaisselle est toujours à faire avec ou sans forfait ménage. Et enlever le linge fait également partis des gestes assez courants dans la location d'un gîte avec ou sans forfait ménage, je vous remercie encore alors de l'avoir fait. Jai plutôt toujours des très bons commentaires pour mon accueil en général, alors encore milles excuses si ce n'étais pas le cas avec vous !

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Régine (the owner) a message.

If Régine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
