VillaBoutiq, The Private Residence, in the Hills of Lovina. A Fully Licensed rental, ready to Welcome you to the “Island of the Gods”. The Villa is set in extensive Private tropical gardens where you can escape the hustle & bustle, to reconnect with Yourself, with Family or Friends. You can relax around the pool or catch the shade in the Bale Begong, enjoying the gardens & sweeping views. Take in the views of the Lush Sinalud Valley, the Mountains or the Bali Sea. We have 4 gorgeous bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Every room has a modern entertainment system, with an extensive movie & bestseller book library. WiFi is provided throughout the Villa & the gardens. All bedrooms are air conditioned & come with Laptop Safe’s. Lunch or dinner is provided on your day of arrival, as well as Breakfast the following morning.

Sinalud Suite

The Master Sinalud Suite has it’s own Private Bathroom & Dressing Room, where you can enjoy a Champagne Flower bath or catch up on your favourite book whilst surrounded by the views the villa has to offer. Wake up to the clear blue skies, the sea views & Tropical Sinalud Valley. The Suite has a King Size bed. The Bathroom has a huge Terrazzo Bath & separate shower. The room is equipped with a Smart TV, offering a movie library & Netflix. There is also a Blu-ray player & Bluetooth audio system. A Laptop safe is provided.

Kebun Suite

The Kebun Suite is located on the lower floor & offers privacy from the rest of Villa. It has a Kingsize bed & Private en suite, with shower. Set from your room right into the Tropical Gardens to connect to the rest of the Property, only a few metres from the swimming pool. The room is equipped with a Smart TV, offering a movie library & Netflix. There is also a Blu-ray player & Bluetooth audio system. A Laptop safe is provided.

Buddha

The Buddha Room is a Large Twin bedroom that shares an en suite with the Bale Room & can easily be set up to provide adjoining rooms at the West end of the Villa. The 2 single beds can be configured to provide a Kingsize bed, giving flexibility to the space & your accommodation requirements. The West wing of the Villa is a great place for the kids to have their own Private getaway. It shares a Private hallway with the Bale room & also an En suite shower room. The room is equipped with a Smart TV, offering a movie library & Netflix. There is also a Blu-ray player & Bluetooth audio system. A Laptop safe is provided.

Bale

The Bale Room. Is a Large Twin bedroom that shares an en suite with the Buddha Room & can easily be set up to provide adjoining rooms at the West end of the Villa. The Twin beds can be configured to provide a Kingsize bed, giving flexibility to the space & your accommodation requirements. The West wing of the Villa is a great place for the kids to have their own Private getaway. It shares a Private hallway with the Bale room & also an En suite shower room. The room is equipped with a Smart TV, offering a movie library & Netflix. There is also a Blu-ray player & Bluetooth audio system. A Laptop safe is provided.

Living & Dining

The Extensive open plan Living & Dining space incorporates a large modern kitchen, that is fully equipped with everything thing you will need to cook for Family, or you can ask us about having our Staff cook for you, during your stay. You can sample some local hand ground coffees in the morning or make yourself a Latte with our Espresso Machine. The kitchen has an American Style Fridge freezer, kettle, toaster & chilled drinking water fountain, as well as a Large range cooker. Hot water for tea & coffee is constantly available from the water fountain. The large Breakfasting kitchen is adjoined to the gorgeous outdoor dining terrace, where you can enjoy your meal whilst overlooking the Pool, Gardens & gorgeous views.

The Living room has a large sofa where Family can relax whilst the meal is being cooked. There is a Smart TV, offering a movie library, Netflix & satellite TV offering a wide range of international channels. There is also a Blu-ray player & Bluetooth audio system.

The dining terrace can seat up to 10 people, where you can enjoy dinner & drinks surrounding by the spectacular scenery. There is a large hand carved Balinese daybed in the kitchen dining space.

Pool & Gardens

The Jewel of the Tropical Gardens is our own Private Balinese Temple. Known as a Pura, the Temple is used daily by our staff for prayers & Blessings. We are sure the staff would be delighted to share their culture & have you take part in in Daily Blessings.

The Large Swimming pool is 1.6m deep & surrounded by a very huge pool terrace, where you can relax on the sun loungers, the outdoor seating area or the oversized daybed. The pool terrace is our favourite place to take in the Sunset & relax Afterdark. The transition from Dusk to cool evening is something you must experience for yourself.

Why can't I call Richard (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richard (the owner) a message.

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
