From the owner

Villa Thymari is a luxurious, beachfront, autonomous, tranquil villa right next to a virtually private beach. A rare sea-front property, offering ample sea views and idyllic quality vacationing right next to a beach of your own. It is divided in two independent levels with different outside areas and entrances: the Main villa floor (2 bedroom + 2 bathrooms)on the upper level and the totally independent Thalassa Beach Suite on the garden level (2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom). The two levels communicate via an external stone staircase and feature their own ample shaded terraces.

Villa Thymari is right on the water, huddled in the bosom of a small inlet, with their own semi-private beach, right on aqua blue-green translucent waters, protected from northern strong meltemi summer winds. All Villas provide modern amenities unique in location and decoration. Decoration detail of the interior blends perfectly with the spartan beauty of the environment, certainly revealing the owners' commitment to artistic creation and respect for the environment.

Inside: living room with fireplace & immediate access to sea viewing terrace & garden, open-plan fully-equipped kitchen, master bedroom (queen size bed) with en-suite designer bathroom and shower, guest bedroom (two single beds), one more large bathroom with shower and clothes washer.

Equipment: 32” LCD HD TV, DVD, mini Hi-Fi w/USB, ceiling fans in all rooms, A/C in bedrooms, quality bedroom anatomic mattresses, full open-plan designer kitchen, refrigerator, oven, hood, mixer, blender, coffee machine, espresso maker, toaster, electric water heater, dishwasher (45 cm), clothes washer, vacuum cleaner, water softener.

Island Villages are close (1-2 KM), offering amenities like shopping or dining.

You can visit ancient sites, walk the picturesque Hora cobblestone narrow streets, follow ancient marked footpaths to remote beaches, go bird-watching on the nature reserve on the east side of the island, or simply have a lazy afternoon on Kastellakia beach and watching the sunset.

The ideal escape for nature lovers, sun seekers, naturalists or anybody who wants to "wind down and get away from it all"

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michael (the owner) a message.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
