It has three bedrooms consisting of a king size with en-suite facilities, a king size and a twin room, as well as a family bathroom, this property can sleep six people. Also inside there is a kitchen diner and a sitting room with a gas fire. To the outside there is a front patio with furniture and surrounding shared lawn gardens. 8 Kents Bank Road is a fantastic property in an incredible location to be enjoyed at any time of the year. Please note that maximum occupancy is 6 including infants and the property does not have baby facilities.

Town: The lovely village of Allithwaite is idyllically located on the southern edge of the Cartmel Peninsula, at the edges of the Lake District and Morecambe Bay. Described as being “set like a jewel in a cloak of green”, this village provides a shop, Post Office and a local pub serving food. The historic village of Cartmel, renowned as the prettiest in the Lake District, is just 2 miles away, and boasts charming streamside walks, quaint cobbled streets littered with antique shops, traditional pubs and the acclaimed Michelin Star-awarded L'Enclume restaurant. It is also home to the famous priory and racecourse. The picturesque Edwardian seaside resort of Grange-over-Sands is also within 2 miles and features a traffic-free promenade, delightful ornamental gardens, a choice of golf courses and excellent birdwatching opportunities. A superb base from which to enjoy this magical area.

Dear John, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We took the matter very seriously and acted promptly by involving pest control to investigate the property. The investigation revealed that there was no evidence or traces of bed bugs in the property. Rest assured that we prioritize the safety and well-being of our tenants and take swift action when necessary. We do regular checks to ensure everything is up to standard and of high quality on changeovers. We have also consulted another Pest Control Specialist who confirmed that due to the high climate conditions in Grange-over-Sands, mosquitoes were prevalent in the area during the mentioned time frame. We regret the inconvenience caused, but we would like to clarify that the claim of bed bugs is untrue.
