Old seaside destination from the time of the French Protectorate, the village of Kep rebuilds and grows while keeping the traces of a prosperous past. Its ancient villas, her famous Crab Market, beach, perched pagoda offering views of the bay, her salt marshes and National Park. Kep is a quiet village where it is pleasant to follow the Cambodian pace while discovering eclectic landscapes.

This amazing property has been designed and built by a well-established French architect. The large Estate includes two charming villas, the Grande Mansion and the Sala Thmei (new in Khmer) surrounded by a luxurious tropical park, including 2 private swimming pools(one is 22 meter long) and an open home theater with a wide HD cinema screen,

Ideal for families and an intimate group of friends, the villas are an interesting and unique mix of authentic and modern luxury, large open dining room, terrace and cozy living room offer comfort and the best facilities for a luxury villa stay.

We offer 4 larges rooms:

- 3 suits with king size beds and lounge set (2 suits with an indoor and outdoor bathroom)

- 1 bedroom deluxe with 2 twin bed

We can receive up to 8 adults with a possibility of 6 extra beds.

Air con and flat screens tv/dvd in all rooms.

Villa staffing & service: one private cook for intimated breakfast and dinner on the terrace, one waiter and one daily maid.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send GERALDINE (the owner) a message.

If GERALDINE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
