When we bought it we were told it was like a lighthouse because of its superb views ! Great indeed! Lovely to watch beautiful sunsets, boats going in and out from the estuary and all the islands ! A small beach 200 meters away at the bottom of the lane leading to the shore.Enjoy how quiet the environment is . You can even have a swim at high tide. Another lovely beach very close.

From the inside ( large windows) or the outside ( large garden) the views are breathtaking !

If contemplation is not enough, you can start wandering along this beautiful coast, the footpath is right there !

Total privacy ( hedges, no road ). Completely safe for children and very quiet.

Brand new fitted kitchen in 2016. nice quality modern furniture.

another bedroom upstairs with single beds 90x190, that can be put side by side. Plus landing equipped with brand-new quality convertible sofa. toilet with small washbasin and hot water upstairs too.

Nice garden, space for children, , garden furniture and BBQ provided (2016) June 2018 new terrace with wind protection

Also our secondary home from 2016 now so well kept and decorated plus nothing missing !

Shopping in Pleubian ( nice local market) or Treguier ( beautiful city) , or in the village of Kerbors itself ( small convenience store with fresh daily bread and restaurant bar, plus a creperie restaurant)

Lots of things to do and see in the area. Beautiful places to discover, we know the area well

How do damage deposits work?
