The Carriage House is on a 25 acre Horse Breeding Farm overlooking KERIKERI Inlet BAY OF ISLANDS,New Zealand

3 hours North of Auckland or 40 mins flight,You have sole occupancy of the Self-Contained 2 Kingsize Bedroom Cottage Apartment with 2 Bathrooms Large Living Dining Room,study,fully equipped Kitchen and laundry.

The Bay of Islands is popular for Boat trips round the Islands,Sailing,Fishing,Diving,Swimming from the many beaches to the North. There are four good GOLF courses including"Kauri Cliffs".There are stunning Coastal Walks and Drives and Giant Kauri Trees to explore. Only 2 miles to KERIKERI shops Restaurants and the Historic First Settlement.

You look over Grazing Shire Horses in the Paddocks. The Carriage House contains a collection of Vintage Horse-Drawn Vehicles. At the end of the Garden there is a jetty for your Kayak or you can just enjoy the reflections of moored yachts.There is so much to do in the Bay of Islands you will want to stay longer.

Your hosts live nearby and they can give advice on places to visit to make each day interesting.

Many from Europe come to this warm town to ESCAPE THE NORTHERN WINTER. They enjoy golf,fishing, boat trips, bowls, tennis, swimming and sailing. The historic buildings of the first settlement by missionaries is only a short distance away. There is so much to do in the Bay of Islands you will want to extend your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sylvia and Adrian (the owner) a message.

If Sylvia and Adrian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
