The space

Renovated spacious apartment (76m2) and recently furnished with completely new furniture. The apartment is ideal for 2, 3 or 4 guests. It is equipped with every comfort and close to all the sights in Athens. The center of Athens, the Olympic Stadium (1 min), Plaka (5 min) and the Acropolis (10 min) are within walking distance.

In the apartment you will have access to all the facilities that you are used to at home. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped with the necessary materials. On the dining table, four people enjoy home-cooked meal. In the living room you can make yourself comfortable with a 1.5 bed, sofa and comfortable chairs. The spacious master bedroom offers everything you need. In particular, the large double bed with orthopedic mattress is appreciated by our guests. Furthermore, the balcony is a nice place to relax and enjoy the Athens atmosphere.

A clean apartment is guaranteed upon arrival! Of course we will do everything to make you feel welcome and at home during your stay.

In short, this recently renovated and spacious apartment provides comfortable sleeping, all the necessary facilities and is in a great location, near the center. In other words, this apartment offers everything you need to enjoy a fantastic stay!

The Neighbourhood

The apartment has an ideal location in a quiet and beautiful street, about 100 meters from the Panathinaic Stadium. The Acropolis, Plaka Syntagma Square and the National Gardens are 5 to 10 minute walk over easily accessible! There are a number of good cafes, restaurants and supermarkets near the apartment.

To reach the apartment in the following ways:

Metro: A 10-minute walk from Syntagma Square or the Acropolis Metro Station.

Bus: One minute walk from Agios Spiridon, a bus stop 2A, 4A and 11. These lines are part of the yellow electric buses.

TAXI: A taxi ride from the center of Athens takes about 5 to 10 minutes and is usually €3.50 to €4.50.
