Welcome to your home away from home. Enjoy comfort and luxury while nestled in the majestic peaks of Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain, part of the Smoky Mountain Range. Beautiful 3 bedroom spacious condominium with new furniture throughout. Located in the heart of Sun Valley / Ketchum Idaho. High ceilings in this open floor plan with master bed and bath on same floor as great room/kitchen. Great West Ketchum location near Bigwood River, bike path and River Run Lifts. Easy walk to the slopes, bike path, restaurants, gondola, shopping and nightlife. Full kitchen with new appliances, TV/DVD, high speed internet with WIFI, jacuzzi tub with jets in master bath, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, heated garage, parking on site.

We are 1/3 mile from downtown Sun Valley / Ketchum for convenient access to restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, cafes, a movie theatre, music & entertainment. The Wood River YMCA on the road to Warm Springs is a state of the art facility with public access via day or weekly passes. The facility features a gym, fitness classes, an indoor heated pool with play area for the kids and a waterslide, a jacuzzi, lap pool, steam room, crossfit facility, climbling wall and more! They even have child care, if needed.

For the winter months, we are 1/2 mile from the River Run Ski Lodge & lifts for easy access to skiing / snowboarding Bald Mountain (Mt Baldy). The walk to the mountain takes about 5 minutes on a flat walking trail along the river. We are a few miles from the Sun Valley Lodge area that offers fun for the whole family with an outdoor ice skating rink and a bowling alley.

For the summer months, we are 1 mile from the Bigwood Golf Course and 1/4 mile from Atkinson Park with a great playground for the kids. The park also features a large grass field for soccer or throwing the football and a number of tennis courts. A bike path runs just behind the condo and you can take it for miles in either direction taking in the beautiful backdrop of the Wood River valley. The fishing in Sun Valley is amongst the best in the world and the condo provides easy access to the nearby lakes and rivers. If mountain biking is your thing, you can rent bikes from several spots in town and go explore the hundreds of trails in and around Sun Valley. The gondola at Bald Mountain runs throughout the summer and gives you unlimited access to ride the downhill single track. We are also very close to the Sun Valley skatepark, so bring the gear for the kids.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
