You will truly enjoy this key Largo vacation home!! It is conveniently located at a mile marker 103.5, Adjacent to world famous John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, where you can experience diving/snorkeling trips /glass bottom boat rides /boat, canoe rentals and a swimming area.

Walk to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park a wildlife and coral reef sanctuary with miles of tranquil finger channels for kayaking and visit the best in North America exotic coral reefs just offshore for fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling

You'll find world famous dining and shopping throughout the Florida Keys. Casino gambling boats depart on day trips from the nearby

Holiday Inn Hotel. Or just spend a lovely day at a beach barbecuing and relaxing in the shade of palm trees on one of the sandy beaches.

We regularly do some promotional packages monthly, where the check in should be the first day of the month, or the day that the guests prefer, checkout will be the last day of the month, according to the guest's own preferred.This promotional package required to be fully paid, a short time rental agreement will be sent if requested.

This home is fully furnished in decorated classic keys decor, The house has two beautiful balconies, one in the front, one in the back, that allows you to enjoy a beautiful scenery , you can play with family or just to relax,as well as a large gated yard area.

This 1200 sq/ft Double Lot home is located in beautiful Largo Sound Park, The Trade winds plaza featuring Publix Supermarket and Big k Mart is only 1 1/2 miles away,you will be within walking distance of the hideout restaurant.

Activities nearby include the family water park at the Jacobs Aquatic Center,world renowned diving in the Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park,fishing charters with walking distance at Tarpon Flats ,The world famous Islamorada Holiday Isle Marina.

This is a two story house, but the one I am renting is upstairs which has an independent entry and has two balconies (front and back)

Dear Martin, Thank you so much for your feedback! I am very sorry to learn that you could not fully enjoy your time at our property this summer. As you witnessed during your stay, we hired a certified Plumber technician to fix the problem with the Back up to the shower,Created by the paper towel thrown in the toilet,having been warned by a sing placed in the bathroom. We used this opportunity to also complete a routine maintenance of the entire Bathroom system. This allows us to rest assure that no other guests experiences any problem with the bathroom system during their stay in our rental house,we have also decided to increase the frequency in which we have our property inspected for a plumber and We are committed to provide our guests with the best quality. We are delighted to learn that you loved the location of the house, and that aside from the issues addressed above the house meet your expectations. Please allow us to have you as our guests in the future. This will give us a chance to demonstrate you that we do take into consideration the feedback provided by our guests and that we are capable of addressing any opportunity that may arise with our rental property. As a gesture of appreciation for your repeat business, we ask you please allow us to extend you a 50% discount on your next rental. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Daniel (the owner) a message.

If Daniel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
