This apartment is in the same building that has our office adjacent to it. This is a beautiful apartment. TV with 75 channels, linens, central air, brand new bathroom with all new fixtures and brand new kitchen. Our price has no hidden additions-just sales tax. The bedroom is small With a king bed but the apt. is unbeatable. You can sleep one extra persons on the Living Room Couche. We have a sandy beach, beach chairs, marina, boat ramp, dockage, fire bowl and seating, immediate access to Florida Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. I assure you if you decide to book you will enjoy your stay.

Dinning suggestion are as follows: Jimmy Johnson's Big Chill American eats & water views at a beachfront complex with 2 restaurants, patio plus Tiki Bar & sports bars (inside and outside) and a fee use swimming pool. Located at 104000 Overseas Highway. This is a 10-minute walk for our place. Fish House Restaurant for the best seafood. 102401 Overseas Highway, it’s a restaurant & fish market serving a variety of meals made with locally caught seafood. Sundowners steakhouse and seafood located 103900 on the open Bay Front. Senior Frijoles Mexican located 103900 serving Fajitas and Margaritas on the Bay. Join them for Mexican food with a Florida Keys flair. Roomy seafood eatery presenting fresh catches in a glass-walled dining room overlooking the water. Harriett's Restaurant American Quaint yellow shack serving down-home breakfast & lunch favorites plus some health-minded options. 95710 Overseas Highway. Sushi Sake Offering Lunch and dinner service. Japanese Seafood sushi. Located 103400 Overseas Hwy. Papa John's pizza, Take-out/delivery chain offering classic & specialty pizzas, wings & breadsticks, plus desserts. We maintain an Office on the premises that is open from 830am to 530pm every day except Tuesdays and Sundays. If you check in after hours, there is a mail box on the right-hand side of the office door that will have our check in map for location and key. We have over 9 acres of property between the Overseas Highway and Florida Bay and are located on the open bay front waters of Blackwater Sound. There are RV Sites, apartments, motel rooms, marina, multiple boat docks, sandy beach with lounge chairs, fire pit circle with wood and benches, boat ramp, Tiki huts, pavilion shelter and the beautiful Florida Keys Sunset every evening over the open water. We provide Free Cable Television with 75 channels and Free and open Wi-Fi throughout.

Providing good service to our Guests is always a work in progress, what pleases some, disappoints others and of course we try to please everyone. We do provide 75 channels of cable TV, free Wi-Fi through out property and we are right on beautiful Florida Bay which has wonderful Sunsets and bird watching. Respectfully
