This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo boasts stunning exposed lodgepole pine cathedral ceilings and an enormous floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Make yourself at home in the recessed living room featuring new leather furniture. Watch the kids play some chess on the game table, or choose a book from the small library selection. The ground level patio is perfect for taking in the views of the incredible mountains and babbling Snake River. View the living room from the lofted dining room table which seats 6 people comfortably (up to 8) after cooking a meal in your nicely appointed, fully equipped and fully remodeled kitchen.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed with new luxurious new bedding and a flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features new granite counters, a large walk in closet, double sinks, and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds with an attached bathroom with a walk in shower.

The pool and hot tub clubhouse are just a few steps away from your front door, and the laundry facilities are located in the same building. There is even a choice of charcoal or gas grill on the clubhouse patio. Plenty of grassy areas for the kids to play outside! This condo is a very short walk to the free shuttle system which will whisk you away to any part of the resort within minutes! Take the shuttle to the Mountain House base area which has a 20 yards walk to the short and easily accessible lift lines.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Keystone properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

What to be aware of

- None of our units here in Keystone have air conditioning. In the Rockies, the temperature cools off by 8 o'clock every evening therefore, an AC is not necessary.

- Although this a ground level unit, there are a couple stairs down to the living area.

- Must be 25 years or older to book.

SkyRun cannot provide more parking than the listing states.  There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort.  Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots.  Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.DEPOSIT: Major Credit Cards Accepted - 33.33% of rental required upon confirmation of all reservations as deposit (min $300). Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. PRICING: The rates above do not include 6.28% CO and local sales taxes, a 6.9% resort booking fee, and a $59 accidental damage waiver which will all be added to your reservation.

Rates DO include clean linens and towels when you arrive and include a cleaning after you leave. You are responsible for cleaning during your stay. A mid-week clean is available for an extra charge during your stay.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
