What to be aware of

- Here in Keystone, none of our units have air conditioning. In the Rockies, the temperature cools off around 8 o'clock every evening, therefore an AC is not necessary.

- This is a 2 story unit, there is a flight of stairs down to the bedrooms.

- Parking is limited at Settlers Creek. There is one guaranteed spot at the unit. Any overflow vehicles MUST park at the guest parking lot, which is located next to Minnie's Cabin.

- Must be 25 years or older to book.

What You'll Love

SkyRun cannot provide more parking than the listing states.  There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort.  Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots.  Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.DEPOSIT: Major Credit Cards Accepted - 33.33% of rental required upon confirmation of all reservations as deposit (min $300). Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
