This one bedroom unit in The Springs is a great contender for a family on a budget. Containing one bedroom, two bathrooms, a queen Murphy bed, and a queen sleeper sofa, it easily sleeps six and still has ample room for every guest. The living room features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and comfortable furniture. Step out onto the patio and enjoy the beautiful aspens and fresh mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and the dining table seats six comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed and an en suite bathroom.

-- Here in Keystone, none of our units have air conditioning. In the Rockies, the temperature cools off around 8 o'clock every evening, therefore an AC is not necessary.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
