Charming setting meets incredible value in this two bedroom two bath condo that feels like a duplex. With only two units in this building at Quicksilver, you'll feel an abundance of space in this well appointed two story retreat. Enjoy the uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains from the patio, dining room and living room which boast vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The living room features a gas fireplace with an oversized hearth, flat screen TV and comfortable furniture. The newly updated fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for making home cooked meals. Serve your family at the dining table which seats up to 6 comfortably with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The south facing patio gets sunlight all day, and has a nice patio set to relax in.

Upstairs is the loft-like primary bedroom which features a king sized bed, flat screen TV and vaulted ceilings. The en suite primary bathroom features double sinks, a tub/shower combination, and a stacked washer and dryer. The guest bedroom features two twin sized beds that can be pushed together to make a king, and a flat screen TV. Linens, and comforter for the King size set up are provided in the room as well! There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.

Quicksilver is an amenity rich complex. After a long day on the slopes, relax in the indoor pool or hot tub. This unit is extremely close to the free Keystone shuttle bus which will take you anywhere you want in Keystone so you can enjoy all of the dining, shopping, and night life. Quicksilver is also close to many hiking trails, the tennis center and a convenience store in Keystone.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

What to be aware of

- None of our units here in Keystone have air conditioning. In the Rockies, the temperature cools off by 8 o'clock in the evening every day.

- Although this is a ground floor unit, there are two stories inside the unit. Be aware of stairs.

- No pets allowed. 

- No smoking allowed. 

- Must be 25 years or older to book.

SkyRun cannot provide more parking than the listing states.  There is no additional free parking at Keystone Resort.  Additional vehicles must be parked in one of the paid overflow lots.  Any oversized vehicle must be parked in a paid overflow lot as well.DEPOSIT: Major Credit Cards Accepted - 33.33% of rental required upon confirmation of all reservations as deposit (min $300). Remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. PRICING: The rates above do not include 6.28% CO and local sales taxes, a 6.9% resort booking fee, and a $59 accidental damage waiver which will all be added to your reservation.

Rates DO include clean linens and towels when you arrive and include a cleaning after you leave. You are responsible for cleaning during your stay. A mid-week clean is available for an extra charge during your stay.

Welcome to 1610 Quicksilver, your home away from home mountain getaway!

High ceilings and many windows throughout the condo give it an airy and sunny feel. The south facing patio gets sunlight all day, and has a nice patio set to relax in. You'll enjoy the uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains from the patio, dining room and living room. Cozy up to the gas fireplace with it's oversized hearth. Enjoy serving dinner in the kitchen while chatting with friends and family through the bar pass through. The dinning room features a table for six and here is ample seating in the large living room. The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed with vaulted ceilings. The guest bathroom has been completely remodeled, with a walk in shower and a separate vanity with duel sinks. Upstairs you'll find the loft-like master bedroom with it's ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and a "bonus" fold-out twin bed that is perfect for kids! The master bathroom has also been completely remodeled and features a stacked washer and dryer!

Quicksilver is also an amenity rich complex. 1610 is extremely close to the free Keystone shuttle bus and the pool and hot tub building. Quicksilver is also close to many hiking trails, the tennis center and the only convenience store in Keystone.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
