Nestled amidst the serene laps of nature, Greenwoods is a complex of 10 architecturally stunning villas, each with its own private pool and spacious lawn. Offering a perfect combination of privacy and communal fun, Greenwoods villas are cozy and tailor-made to offer you a holiday experience worth remembering. 

Catch a break from the city's humdrum and carry your pool shorts and sunnies to enjoy a weekend full of comfort, indulgence and guilty pleasures.

The Space:

Let me walk you through the villa:

Bedrooms: (1 bedroom is on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor)

- All bedrooms have air-conditioners

- Some bedrooms have balconies

- All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request

- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

Living Room:

- The living room is located on the ground floor overlooking the lawn and the pool. 

- It's spacious and has a seating arrangement for 8-10 people

- A flat-screen TV, a music system and Wi-Fi are available in the living area

-  A few board games are available at the villa

Bathrooms:

- The villa has 5 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom

- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply

- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided

 

Kitchen & Meals:

- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier

- Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, a charge of Rs.1500 per day will be levied.

- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, ordering from restaurants and consumption is allowed.

- Crockery is available for 15 people

- The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak/festive dates.

- All meals can be provided to groups of 10 or more guests at an additional cost of Rs.1300 per person, per day.

- All meals can be provided to groups of less than 10 guests at an additional cost of Rs.1500 per person, per day.

- All meals will be prepared in a centralised kitchen and delivered to the villa.

Pool and Lawn:

- The villa has a private pool and a huge lawn

- Pool size: 20ft x 12ft with a depth of 4ft

- Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children.

- Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice

- Outdoor games like cricket, badminton are available at the villa

Additional Amenities:

- Karaoke can be arranged at an additional cost

- A barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost

- A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost

- Guests may use the wardrobes

- A medical kit is available at the villa

- Mosquito repellent can be provided

- A power backup is available at the villa

- Secured parking space for 2 cars is available

Home Truths:

- It is a complex of 10 villa, each with an occupancy of 15 people. Multiple units can be booked to host larger groups.

- The caretaker and his family stay in the villa. They have a room with separate access. There is no separate kitchen for the caretaker, however, utensils will be different.

- Driver accommodation is not available at the villa

- The last stretch to the villa can be a bit rough as the roads could be damaged by unfavourable weather. 

- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.

- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.

Guest Access:

- Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces.

- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

- There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

POLICIES

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
