Nice 1+1 luxury apartment at the central street - Kreschatik. This is the first building from the metro station "Kreschatik". Lux apt with a beautiful view from the window of the living room on Kreschatik and the square near the metro station "Kreschatik", free WI-FI. A separate bedroom overlooking a quiet courtyard, so you can sleep well. "King" size bed with orthopedic mattress, coton bed linen. 2 air conditioners, 2 flat-screen TVs. Round the clock there is a concierge on the first floor.

Near "Kreschatik" metro station. 2 min by walk to "Teatral'na" metro station. 5 min by walk to central Independence square (Maidan). Near Bessarabska Sq, Bessarabian market, Arena City. Apartment situated on the 4th floor in 7 floor building. There is a code on the entrance. There are 2 rooms. Accommodated 4 person (2+2): double bed in bedroom + double folding sofa in studio living room. Apartment is fully furnished and equipped: free wifi, cable TV, 2 AC, fridge, stove, microwave, hair dryer, water heater, full kitchen with ware and kitchen staff, washing machine. Cleaning at check in and check out and also cleaning once a week for stays 7days and more is included. you can order extra cleaning any day for extra payment if needed. Fresh towels and linen are provided. We are pleased to offer you a transfer from the airport (or station) to apartment and from apartment to the airport (the station) at any time. Nearest metro: "Kreschatik" (red line) next building, "Teatralna" red line) 2 min, "Independence Sq" (blue line) 5 min .

Since the apartment is located in an apartment building, we have a huge request to comply with an acceptable level of noise, especially after 10 pm. Smoking in the apartment is not desirable. It is desirable to do on the balcony or on the landing near the elevator.

It is the center of Kiev. The central street - Khreshchatyk, Maidan Nezalezhnosti famous square. Around there are many bars, restaurants, "Globus" shopping center, the central post offices, banks and exchange kiosks, and more.

Transport

Near the apartment there are two metro stations "Khreshchatyk" and "Independence Square".To get from Boryspil Airport (38 km), we offer meeting and transfer at the airport, it costs 30 EURO or 35 USD. And we strongly recomend to use our airport transfer in the event of your early arrival or late departure as this makes it easier to transfer the keys and helps save time for everyone.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
