Renovated single level 2 bedroom condo unit with two lanais and partial ocean view in the beautiful Kamaole Sands complex. The condo has central air conditioning (three air conditioning units) which is a rare feature for the Kamaole Sands complex. The first bedroom consists of 2 twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed and one of the two lanai's. The open area has a very comfortable queen wall bed/ murphy bed.

The kitchen has a microwave oven, range, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils including pots, pans, knives, assorted dishes, plates, cups, glassware, etc.

Washer and dryer in unit. High speed wireless internet access is available. HD big screen TV in living room with DVD/PVR and HD TV in master bedroom and second bedroom. Murphy Bed (wall bed) in the living room.

The Kamaole Sands condominium resort is one of the most popular properties on Maui. The property is set on 15 acres of lush, tropically landscaped real estate on the south end of South Kihei Rd in the town of Kihei. Kihei is along the sun coast nestled at the base of Giant Mt.Haleakala (House of the Sun), a dormant volcano.

Little worn? The condo has been renovated in recent years. Two original chairs in the living area, coffee table and end tables have been recently replaced with brand new furniture. All the furniture have now been replaced since we purchased the condo. New mattresses last year.

How do damage deposits work?

If Tori (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
