Maui Sunset Resort a fabulous oceanfront property in Kihei with its immaculate grounds and tropical landscaping. The 2 elevators in the building accommodate anyone who might not be comfortable with the stairs. The condo you will be staying in is a remodeled, two bedroom condo with a private view lanai angled towards the ocean, that sleeps 6. Full size kitchen with complete cooking utensils and appliances for use during your stay. Washer and Dryer. Cable TV, Internet and Wi-Fi. Separate Air Conditioners in living room and bedrooms. See amenities list for more details on the Maui Sunset and what is included in the condo.

This beautifully landscaped, family-friendly, oceanfront property offers breathtaking ocean and garden views. Easy access to the palm-dotted sand beach fronting the property provides exquisite sunsets and is popular with windsurfers, paddle boarders and kayakers.

A central grass lawn area includes six gas barbecue grills, putting green, shuffle board and large open green space for child play. The large and popular swimming pool is surrounded by a sundeck with sun chairs and shaded tables, a hot tub, and concierge desk at your service. Use the two public tennis courts and volleyball nets located with a perfect ocean view.

Maui Sunset is a peaceful resort with many amenities and immaculate grounds, within walking distance of shopping, groceries, dining and other exciting activities of South Maui.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David and Louise (the owner) a message.

If David and Louise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
