It is the perfect place for SUNBATHING, swimming, SNORKELING, and winter WHALE WATCHING. The SUNSETS from this WHITE SAND BEACH are among the most beautiful in the world. The condo is perfectly located within the complex away from the busy traffic noise of South Kihei Road and the adjacent restaurants. See location map. The AIR CONDITIONED*, non-smoking condo has everything that you will need to make your vacation special. FREE Wi-Fi with HIGH SPEED INTERNET connection is available. A local land line is available for making FREE LOCAL CALLS. The KITCHEN comes FULLY EQUIPPED with all the necessary cooking utensils needed to prepare a gourmet meal or a quick bite. * A brand new 15,100 BTU window air conditioner is located in the dining/living room area only. Three oscillating and two new ceiling fans are located in the bedroom and living/dining area to provide additional air circulation within the condo. Typical summers on Maui can be hot and humid. Please keep this in mind when renting a condo w/out AC.

David, Thank you for your kind review. I am glad you and your daughter enjoyed your stay on Maui. If you should desire to want to book again in the future, may I suggest renting my second-floor condo (directly above the one you stayed in)? It does have a washer/dryer stacker in this unit for you to wash laundry rather than using the laundry room adjacent to the pool. Both condos are renovated and have their advantages and disadvantages. Something to consider when rebooking in the future. You are always welcome to stay. Mahalo, Anthony

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anthony (the owner) a message.

If Anthony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
