Come and enjoy our beautiful OCEAN VIEW unit. C building offers the only ocean views in the complex. This two-bedroom, two bath condo is located on the top floor. It is bright, cheery and has beautiful trade winds flowing through for natural air conditioning!The unit offers a full loft, with over 900 sq ft. and cathedral ceilings throughout. This is an excellent floor plan for families or for two couples on vacation together.

The unit is centrally located on the ocean side of lower Kihei Road. Because of this unique location, it is tucked away from the noise of lower Kihei Road, and there are no busy streets to cross to get to the beach!

From the lanai you can enjoy some of the most spectacular sunsets Maui has to offer. Come morning, enjoy wonderful views of the sunrise over Haleakala from the lanai. The large lanai also offers you a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the great ocean views with swaying palm trees in the trade winds.

You are located near many of South Maui's most beautiful beaches and snorkeling locations .

Your condo is within walking distance to over a dozen restaurants (Fabiani's, Coconuts, Amigos, McDonald's, Peggy Sues,and many others), Azeka shopping center, Times supermarket and the outdoor market.

Your walk to the beach is only a few yards.

Kihei Garden Estates Condominiums has 84 units. It is a quiet and peaceful complex, well maintained and full of Aloha Spirit.The property's beautifully maintained gardens, along with its large pool and spa area are all here for your vacation enjoyment .

The barbecue grills and kitchen facilities are well equipped with tables, chairs, stove and fridge.This is also located in the pool area for your use.

As an added bonus, there are NO RESORT FEES and NO PARKING FEES!

This is one of only a few units available at Kihei Garden Estates that offer you both an OCEAN VIEW and GARDEN VIEW. Enjoy all these pleasures without all the added expense. This is truly a Hidden Gem on Maui!

How do damage deposits work?
