This cozy condominium is absolutely the best value and one of the rarest vacation accommodations available in Killington! This unique studio condominium features everything in a very spacious single room with a separate private bath. This very lovely studio will very comfortably accommodate from 1 to 4 people with a queen-sized bed and pull-out sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a wonderful skylight, granite countertop, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator/freezer. Other features include a walkout balcony, new carpet and tile floors in the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom, free wi-fi, and a 37-inch flat-screen HDTV with a Blue Ray DVD player.

This Studio is very conveniently located next door to the lifts and the golf course in one of Killington's premier properties at the Mountain Green Resort Complex with direct access to the resort outdoor Pool (Summer), and just next door to the Mountain Green Health Club.

If skiing is not your thing Killington offers lots of other seasonal activities like snow tubing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and ice skating in the winter, and hiking, ATV adventure rides, river tubing, mountain biking, horseback riding, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, antiquing, tennis, pickleball, two championship in-town golf courses, and the Killington Adventure Center. And of course, there is always year-round shopping!!!! As Killington is a seasonal resort, GetAway Vacations cannot be responsible for the hours of operation or the opening and closing hours of the amenities within the Mountain Green Resort, or any of the services or amenities of businesses or properties within the Killington Resort, so we strongly suggest you contact the businesses.

Guests at Mountain Green can take advantage of various on-site amenities, including Health Club Fitness, Weight, Cardio, Massage Spa Treatment, an Indoor Pool, a Hot Tub, Two Infrared Saunas, a Steam Room, an Outdoor Pool, an On-site Restaurant, and one of Killington s premier Ski Board Shops, Black Dog Sports during the winter months. Please know that the spa/health club facilities, restaurant, and Black Dog Sports operate from Thanksgiving to Easter. The outdoor pool is accessible from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

It's important to note that GetAway Vacations has no influence or control over Mountain Green amenity's operating hours and procedures.

A shuttle bus to the lifts at Snowshed stops at the resort every 15 minutes during weekends and holidays and every 30 minutes during the midweek. The shuttle locations are just outside the building and are clearly marked.

As per Mountain Green's policy, pets are not allowed in this condo. Also, GetAway Vacations is not responsible for the opening and closing hours and the operation of the Mountain Green Resort amenities.

Renters be warned....

My wife and I stayed in this unit and heating was terrible! The heat never got above 56 degrees. The maintenance guy told me this was problem in past and owner needs to install more base board hea… More

Thanks for staying with us, I'm happy we had a different condo to move you into because of the heating issue. There was more baseboard installed last week and now this unit has plenty of heat, even when it is 10 below zero. We also provide a space heater and this unit also has a fireplace.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
