For a well equipped, conveniently located self catering base in Central Scotland you need look no further than the Apartment in Dullatur.

Conveniently placed between Glasgow & Edinburgh airports & with easy access to the Motorway network, the Apartment is also located within a mile or so of Croy railway station from where frequent trains run to Glasgow, Stirling & Edinburgh.

Forming the lower ground floor of the main house (with private access), the Apartment is a spacious (approximately 65m2 / 700ft2), self contained, 1 bedroom dwelling within the centrally located, sought after conservation village of Dullatur - adjacent to the World Heritage site of the Roman Antonine Wall & the Forth and Clyde Canal.

We don't believe that being away from home should mean being uncomfortable - that's why we provide high quality facilities including a fully equipped kitchen, super-fast fibre-optic internet access (both cable & WiFi) widescreen TV with Netflix & a DVD player along with a comfortable king sized bed.

Whether it's attending a sporting event, pitting yourself against one of the many nearby golf courses, pottering around historical sites such as the Antonine Wall or Stirling Castle, Geocaching, paddling about on the water, shopping, admiring art or the living landscape, experiencing the Edinburgh Fringe, or the Tattoo, there is certain to be something here for you to enjoy - regardless of the weather. Why can't I call Adrian (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Adrian (the owner) a message.

If Adrian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
