Interaction with guest

I will make every effort to meet you on arrival at the cottage to handover keys, on the occasions when this is not possible we have a lovely neighbour who will take my place. I live in Donegal, but not on site. I can be contacted at any time by phone/text during your stay and am more than happy to advise on activities or sightseeing, recommend places to eat, etc. We are really looking forward to maintaining the high levels of customer service that helped us to win the Failte Ireland Welcome Standard and the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence 2018.
