If you’re a surfer, you’ll also have direct vision to one of the best long board breaks in Caloundra.
One of the other benefits to this holiday unit is its prime location which will keep your coming back year after year. It’s situated only a short stroll from Happy Valley or Kings Beach; two amazing family friendly beach locations which also both have great park facilities. The Main St of Caloundra or Bulcock Beach Esplanade is also only a 5 minute walk away.
The unit is set in a well maintained building complex, boasting a beautiful pool, secure entry and garage parking, plus a grassed area where you can enjoy a picnic overlooking the water.
The two bedrooms comprise of robes and the master queen bed with a walk through robe and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom contains a set of single bunks and an extra single bed. There’s also conveniently 2 bathrooms, so no fighting with kids or other guests over the shower or toilet. The laundry is complete with a washing machine and dryer.
LINEN NOT INCLUDED. This property comes supplied with pillows and blankets or doonas. Linen (sheets, bath towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mats and hand towels) is not included in the price. However, guests can hire a linen pack directly from us which includes the above linen items, and it will be delivered to the property on the day of your arrival. Simply contact us prior to arrival to organise linen hire.
