This handsome, Grade II listed Georgian town house in Kingsand, has superb sea views, is pet friendly and can sleep nine people in four bedrooms.In Kingsand, opposite the beach, a handsome, Grade II listed, Georgian house on three levels with splendid out-to-sea views. A lovely, spacious home, with its quirky origins cleverly dovetailed with 21st cent. comfort. It sleeps 9 in four bedrooms, three double, one en suite and a twin. Living room with wood-burning stove, and sea view; generous kitchen with dining table and chairs glazed doors to courtyard and, at the far end, a comfy sofa, and door to utility shed. Under-stairs WC. Two family bathrooms. A secure courtyard on two levels with steps up to a patio with garden furniture, back gate to a private footway. A gorgeous house beside the beach and within strolling distance of the village pubs and shops.

Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking is available in a public car park nearby (there is a generous space for unloading opposite the house, adjacent to the sea wall). Enclosed garden. Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome, there is an additional charge for each dog. Sorry no smoking. Pub less than 1 mile from property. Note: This property is best for a maximum of 8 adults. Note: Dogs are permitted in kitchen/courtyard area only.

Excellent quaint place by the sea

The house was excellent and the little touches added by the owner made us feel very much at home. It is less than a minute walk to the beach which is down a slight slope, this was great for morning dr… More
