This detached timber clad barn conversion is situated one mile from Kingsland and close to Leominster and sleeps two people.Painter's Cottage is a lovely detached timber clad barn conversion in the grounds of the owner's home, a mile from the village of Kingsland and 3.5 miles from the town of Leominster. This cottage sleeps two people in a zip/link super king-size double bedroom, and there's also a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a shared lawned garden with furniture. Painter's Cottage is a charming base for a couple with many attractions nearby. Note: The cottage is situated next to the B4360, some traffic noise can be heard. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note: Adults only, no children. Local shop and pub 8 mins walk. Please note there is a village shop under a mile away which also is the Post Office and Tea rooms. There are also two village pubs also under a mile. and also a Morrisons supermarket approx a 5 minute drive away.

Town: Kingsland is an ancient village in beautiful Herefordshire countryside, less than five miles north west of Leominster. The village has two good pubs, a Post Office and a store. Many activities can be enjoyed in the area including a high wire rope course, paintball, quad trekking and raft building, all of which are available at the local Oaker Wood activity centre. The town of Leominster has a wide variety of shops, cafes, antique centres and pubs, and there are many National Trust properties close by.
