Anna thank you for your review. I have used you and your visit as a learning opportunity for me. There is nothing from our initial interaction that could have prepared me for a guest like you. A guest who would deliberately make false accusations and claims for their ultimate benefit. A guest who was financially compensated for their unhappiness in an attempt to provide great service but still decided to write a review filled with gross inaccuracies and libelous claims. I have proof that contradicts several of the things you've said here including the cleanliness of the property and several persons that can attest to your verbal abuse, attempts to extort me and actions intended to cause deliberate damage to my property. Thank you for the experience and the lessons. I wish you nothing but the best.

Best Accomadations a MUST STAY

The home was gorgeous from top to bottom. I was able to comfortably sleep 5 adults with room for more. The host was outstanding and extremely generous. Definitely a 10/10 or better.

Why can't I call Malikah (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Malikah (the owner) a message.

If Malikah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
