BEACH COTTAGE IS A SPACIOUS 5 BEDROOMED ALL GROUND FLOOR ACCOMMODATION WITH 3 GOOD SIZED BATHROOMS, (two being en suit ) HAVING BEEN FURNISHED TO AN EXCELLENT STANDARD THROUGHOUT WITH LARGE PRIVATE AND SECURE GRASSED GARDEN AREA WITH SWINGS, PLAY HOUSE AND SLATE POOL TABLE MAKES THIS PROPERTY IDEAL FOR CHILDREN OF ALL AGES.

WE EXCEPT A MAXIMUM OF TWO WELL BEHAVED DOGS AT NO EXTRA COST. WE ASK THAT DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT ALONE AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR STAY AND KEPT OUT OF ALL BEDROOMS.

Quietly tucked away, set in its own secure grounds, being just 5 minutes away from a lovely wide and sandy, dune backed beach and boating harbour, this very large,comfortable and well furnished all ground floor modern style property lies a short stroll from an extensive range of amenities. Having been furnished and equipped to a very high standard, it is the perfect place for all to enjoy a relaxing holiday with plenty to do and see in and around the surrounding areas without having to travel too far. Having a larger than average fully fitted kitchen/diner,i internet WIFI, 5 good sized bedrooms and a comfortable lounge area with a full sized quality slated pool table makes this property ideal for large group bookings.

Having a private secure front garden with children's swings, play house and seating, rear private patio area with bbq, outdoor lighting and garden furniture.

We also have easy access into property and wide doorways throughout, making it ideal for guests with some mobility difficulties. Please note that the bathrooms do not have disabled facilities in place but there is local hire equipment if required .

Residential and care parties are always welcome. Beach Cottage has easy access throughout, being all on ground level with extra wide doorways, large than average bedrooms and a large main bathroom, ensuring getting around the property is not an issue. We also have available front wheelchair access straight into one of the main bedrooms at the front of property.

We have two extra single beds which are made up ready, we also have a double fouton that can sleep up to two situated in one of the double rooms. Please note that this is for alternative sleeping only.(please ask if needed and it will be made up, there is no charge for this. Ideal if you have young children or teenagers that may need separate beds but in the same room. Comfortable large modern lounge having a cozy real wood burning fire with a quality pool table for all the family

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Steven (the owner) a message.

If Steven (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
