Kirkby Lonsdale is a truly special place with so much going for it, and Jasmine Cottage is the ideal base to explore the lovely market town and beautiful surrounding area. There is something for everyone, fantastic and varied shops, wonderful restaurants, pubs and tearooms.
The cottage is in the heart of the historic market town, with the added bonus of a private parking space and often visitors spaces available (a must for Kirkby if you have a car) you can get out and about, or simply park the car and enjoy all that the town has to offer on foot, all within a short walk.
There are beautiful walks of all lengths and ability levels, straight from the front door, including the famous banks of the River Lune well known for inspiring the artist Turner and author Ruskin with the views.
The cottage is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends wanting to explore the sights of the beautiful Dales. Available for both short and weekly bookings. Sleeping 5 plus a cot, in either a double, twin and single room, or if you prefer we can convert the twin to a super king.

First floor, contemporary style main bedroom with cast iron double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and dresser, shutter style blinds. Pretty second bedroom with twin beds (can be made up as a super king, fitted wardrobe, bedside table and dresser, shutter style binds. Third bedroom, with single bed, chest of drawers, TV. Bright and modern family bathroom with white suite, heated towel rail mains shower. Sunny rear enclosed courtyard garden, south facing with garden furniture. Private allocated parking for one car, and often visitor spaces available with public car park approx 45 meters. Our property is non smoking and we do not accept pets.

The cottage has two pretty courtyards to the front and rear which are kept to a high standard. The courtyard to the back of the property is private and provides a perfect suntrap. There is garden furniture outside so you can sit and enjoy the weather and even eat outside if the weather permits. There is private parking in the communal courtyard. You are entitled to use the allocated parking space. When available the residents also share 3 visitor spaces, please however note that this is on a first come first served basis. Additional parking is available at the pay and display car park opposite the Post Office.
