Emerald Island is a gated community and is manned 24 hours a day.

There is a club house with a small shop ,games room ,computer room and a gym , there is large pool and tikki bar, where you can enjoy meeting other people.

There are shops near by and many very good restaurants .

There are tennis courts and a play ground.

Our villa, situated on the prestigious Emerald Island Resort and only 10 min from Disney . The villa is extremely spacious and offers separate lounge dining room , and a large family room has a flat screen tv ,kitchen with dining area with views over the pool, it has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard and gives you 'home from home' comforts just minutes from Disney.

The large pool has no rear neighbors and is very private, with STUNNING VIEWS OVER THE LAKE and conservation area- the perfect place to relax in peace after a busy day at the parks, you can even watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the pool!. We provide FREE local calls & internet access, so you can keep in touch with work or family without added expense.

There are 6 Bedrooms, i California king with flat screen tv ,1 King, 2 Queen with flat screen tv ,and 3 twins, the master bedroom on the ground floor has a large en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. there are three bedrooms upstairs with en suite and one with walk in closet , there is also a Jack & Jill bathroom for the two twin bedrooms. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area meaning that the villa can sleep up to 14. plus 3 travel cotst,high chair & 3 strollers and stair gates.

we just add grill and Air hockey to the game room, July 17 2019 all kitchen dishes including a waffle maker and state of the art coffee machine, you cn use it to make a pot of coffee or use k cup single serving. for your convenience we can heat the pool for extra charge $25.00 a day when you need it.

Why can't I call Nabil (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nabil (the owner) a message.

If Nabil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
