A beautiful lakeside American Villa with a private pool with wonderful views of the lake, wildlife and woodland area. No back-to-back villas here!. Thousands of £'s spent recently on upgrading the villa with new facilities.
The Villa is Located just off Poinciana Boulevard and Highway 192 on the community of Indian Point in Kissimmee, just 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World and nearby to Universal Studios and Seaworld. The beaches of the Gulf-Coast can be reached in 1 hour, whilst a 24 hour Wal-Mart is a two minute drive away on Highway 192 along with numerous restaurants and shops, catering for every need.
The house is fully air-conditioned and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the master bedroom having an en-suite. All appliances and equipment that you would expect and more can be found in your home away from home, including High-Definition digital television and cable television provided in every bedroom.

“Perfect Holiday Villa”
We have just returned from a 3-week stay in this fantastic villa. It has everything you could need including cooking and laundry facilities, everything is very clean and tidy, and there is plenty of fresh towels and bedding. There is a Walmart Supercenter less than 5 minutes away by car, and the villa is very well placed to access Disney World and all the other attractions nearby (the Magic Kingdom parking lot is less than 30 minutes away). The pool is perfect for relaxing in on a day off from the parks, or for cooling your feet in at the end of the day. We saw plenty of local wildlife in the lake behind the villa, including egret, anhinga, turtles, vultures, hawks and raccoons - no sign of the elusive resident alligator though! The owner David is easy to contact and always responds quickly. We will be recommending this villa to friends and family and would definitely book it again for our next trip.
“As good as it gets”
From the first contact with the owner to our last day at the villa was excellent. The villa décor and facilities were just what we hoped for and more. From our location it was only a short trip to the theme parks eating out or shopping. The kids while in the swimming pool were able to see storks, ducks, herons, vultures, buzzards, kites, storks, (different ones) ,raccoons, basking turtles and a resident alligator who was a regular visitor. I would recommend this villa to anybody looking for a Florida holiday.
“Fantastic, wonderful location and wonderful villa”
This is a great villa. The owners are easy to deal with and friendly. The area is great and the villa is a good size. It is 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins and has loads of space, all the amenities including dishwasher, washer, dryer etc. Could not recommend it enough. Will be returning.
“Fantastic villa, great location”
We had a great 2 weeks at lakeside villa, so much so we were very sad to come home, the location is great for the parks shopping etc. The views over the lake and watching the wildlife was so nice when sitting at the lovely pool, also the villa had every amenitie and more that you would hope for when booking a villa, the high speed internet was a must as my husband had to work while on holiday also our 16 year old and 10 year old could keep in touch with friends back home. David the owner was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had before we left and booking was simple. Would love to return and would be more than happy to recommend the villa to friends and family.
“Excellent spacious and lovely location”
We stayed in this villa as part of our fly drive for the last five days. I found the villa through trip adviser and there was never a problem . The owners are UK based and so communication and booking was very easy. It said in the advert that it is 3 bedroomed but unless I can't count there are 4? It would easily accommodate two families of four as there is plenty of room and all the facilities you could want. The pool and patio area is great because it overlooks a lake as advertised and its lovely to just sit, relax and watch the wild life. We have stayed in a few villas before but for us this location is much better than being down the US 27. You are much closer here to many attractions and shopping and its so easy to get to the airport from here. Would highly recommend this property. Thanks to the owners!
“2 weeks of sun, excellent villa, great pool overlooking lake.”
We booked this villa direct with the owners, the pictures on the website did not do the villa justice, the booking process was very clear and easy The villa is about 30 minutes from the airport very easy to find, the villa was only used by my self my wife and our 10 month old son, all the rooms were big , clean and furnished lovely, the kitchen was big with loads of useful things, the outdoor area was lovely and the pool was a massive hit, recommend the pool heating. The view from the pool was lovely overlooking the lake, loads of wildlife, birds, raccoons, and the lakes very own alligator, great to be in the pool watching the alligator in the lake. Great to have a Hoover and washing machine as it meant we could keep the place looking fresh through our break. The villa was close to everything, 3 minutes from walmart, and the 192, about 1 hours drive from cocoa beach. By the second week it really felt like home, we did not want to come home, we will definitely stay there again when in orlando. The only thing I would suggest is a cleaning pack, like a couple of black Ben bags, maybe a couple of dishcloths, some washing powder, some washing liquid, maybe some spray kitchen cleaner, i would even pay a little extra, i think you only need a little of each while there so buying it all, makes it costly and you would leave the stuff anyway, we left some washing detergent. But overall fantastic.
“The best villa we've ever had!”
We have been visiting Florida since 2000 and this is definitely the cleanest, most comfortable villa we have ever stayed in. There was nothing else that we could have asked for - it really was a home away from home! The area was lovely and quiet, the local neighbours were friendly and it was the perfect distance from the main attractions. There are not many places you can sunbathe and watch an alligator sunbathing at the same time! Would definitely reccommend and hope to return soon! Thank you for taking such good care of your property!
“Fantastic villa...beautiful location!”
Fabulous well equipped villa offering very comfortable accomodation only 20 mins from Disney. In a lovely neighbourhood overlooking a small lake which is full of wildlife. Provides very relaxing restbite from the parks. Villa has everything you could possibly wish for or need during your stay in Kissimmee. Large supermarket only few minutes drive away which is really handy (24/7). Easy to find located not far off 192 but far enough away to enjoy the peace and serenity this villa has to offer. Guests won't be disappointed...I promise! Should we return to Kissimmee we'd definitely book this villa again.
great villa not overlooked, very clean well equiped and very comfortable. this place is just what you need to return to after a day at the parks. it conveniently located for restraunts supermarket and theme parks .the pool is great to relax around both in the day or in the evening spotting the local wild life round the lake.
