Sundown Palm is our stunning and luxuriously designed 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa which has recently been totally renovated with everything being brand new including the opulent fully equipped modern kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances.

A bedroom situated on the ground floor can offer great facilities for a small family, multiple children or disabled persons due to its easy accessability via double door extra wide access to all areas. This room contains a twin over double bunk arrangement and a separate desk facility for a laptop to study, play and work if required ( Free Wifi).

The superior master bedroom is also situated on the ground floor, offering a king bed and extensive ensuite with dressing area and direct access to the pool. This room is definitely the one to reserve for an early morning swim and breakfast al fresco.

All bedrooms have been individually interior designed with so much thought considering the space and ensuring opulence yet practicality throughout.

The private west facing pool and spa with large pool deck, outdoor tv, barbeque grill and two dining areas offers the perfect setting for sundown fun! With views over to the conservation area you can be sure you are not overlooked and tall established plant screening offers privacy from neighbours too.

The lounge has a new super size 65" Flat screen TV with HD Premier Comcast XF Triple Play Cable. Over 200 digital cable channels inc. Sports entertainment pack, HBO, Starz, Cinemax and Showtime leaves you with plenty of choice!

Sundown Palm is so child friendly offering a Pack and Play Cot which includes luxury bedding & an upgraded deep mattress for comfort, stroller, highchair and toys.

The villa is situated on a quiet street on the secure gated community of Windsor Palms just 10 minutes from Disney. Windsor Palms offers privacy and great amenities to ensure you have a fabulous vacation. With its own cinema, community pool, gym, tennis courts, bike hire and grocery shop available at your convenience. A shuttle bus service is also available daily (small fee) to transport you to the fabulous nearby Disney Parks.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michelle and Tom (the owner) a message.

If Michelle and Tom (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
