Stunning four bedroom holiday home with private pool ideally located on Veranda Palms Resort. 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is situated on the impressive Veranda Palms Resort in Orlando. The resort is set in a sprawling conservation area with beautiful lakes and woodland but still only 4 miles from the famous Walt Disney World.

The villa is superbly presented and provides an ideal surrounding for that perfect holiday. Relax in the well furnished livings areas, get a good nights sleep in the private comfortable bedrooms and soak up the sun by your private pool.

The swimming pool is facing south, which means the sun is there from sunrise to sunset.

Pool Heating cost $25 pr day

Choose from a huge variety of activities on your doorstep including Lakeside beach volleyball and visit the Florida of the 1800's in the adjoining Shingle Creek Reserve, explore miles of Nature Trails, try your hand at kayaking or simply relax with a book on the pavilion in the midst of the beautiful orange groves. The villa is also superbly situated for all that the fantastic area of Kissimmee has to offer.

The villa is suitable for disabled. Upon request will there be mounted / disassembled ramps, pool lift, disabled toilet, shower chair

and removable grab bar. There is also a manuel wheelchair cost $100

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Frode (the owner) a message.

If Frode (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
