Welcome to Venetian Bay Village, your home away from home. The townhome is located in a great resort community, just 15 minutes from Disney. This vacation resort has it all! The resort features a wide variety of amenities, including a clubhouse adjacent to a beautiful large pool with water features and large relaxing spa. There is also an internet cafe, game room, and exercise room. Enjoy the tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts and children's playground in easy walking distance of the home. Our unit is located just a short walk from the clubhouse and pool area, making it one of the best locations to help make your vacation both relaxing and memorable. This two story 3 bedroom home offers many amenities. There are three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living/dining combination, and a kitchen with all full sized appliances. The spacious first floor Master Bedroom suite has a king size bed and full bath with jet spa tub. You will enjoy the bright and sunny space. The walk in closet provides plenty of storage. The second & third bedroom features two twin size beds and is located on the second floor. Both upstairs bedrooms are near the full bath with a sink inside the bathroom and one in the hallway. A TV is located in each of the bedrooms. The living room/dining room combination features an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and upgraded wood cabinets has an electric range with large overhead microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, small appliances and cooking utensils are provided. Dinnerware, glassware, and utensils are provided for your dining enjoyment.

Unfortunately this guest has chosen to use this forum to discuss an issue we take very serious. Our home was damaged and noted after this guest left. We are reviewing all aspects including questioning our cleaners, in order to resolve the matter fairly. In our time renting our home we have never had a situation similar to this. We try to provide a economic place for people to stay and have the accommodations in the best possible condition. This issue is not final and we hope to bring it to an amicable resolution.

How do damage deposits work?

If Vincent (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
