This beautiful 2,300 sq ft. home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The home features a master suite with a King Size Bed, large garden-tub, shower, and entrance to pool area. This home has vaulted ceilings in the great room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel stove, dish washer, microwave, etc., We have most of the amenities you would expect to find in your own home. Including; cable TV., wireless internet, and phone. There is a full laundry room. Every room has at least one closet including some walk-in closets.The house is in a lovely area with other large homes,yet a few minutes drive brings you to Disney,200 restaurants, miniature gulf Old Town, great shopping outlets, Medieval Times ,Capones. etc.

Why my place is great for a pet? Pets are very welcome at the house.Big outdoor area for long walks with your dog. Located on a residential block where there is a limited amount of traffic. Lots of room for your pet to romp around the house.

Activities and Attractions Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, NASA Kennedy Space Center, Everglades National Park, Busch Gardens your vacation home is located only 10 min from all Disney attractions. 20 min. away from Universal Studios. and 15 min from Sea World.Located off RT. 192 where you will find an endless amount of restaurants, and other attractions including miniature golf and jet skiing.

What a great home, and the owner is a marvelous person. Everything you need is close by a driving distance. The home is big and wonderful. Must definitely recommend this property.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Joan Conde / (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joan Conde / (the owner) a message.

If Joan Conde / (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
