From the owner

This spacious, five bedroom, three bath, luxury villa with optionally heated private Pool Spa and Games Room with Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and Football Table, is situated on the exclusive EMERALD ISLAND RESORT (The nearest to Disney). It is located just three miles and less than five minutes drive from Disney World and within two minutes drive of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Located on the less congested southwest side of the Disney Parks for faster entrance and less traffic!

Guests have full use of all the facilities of the Resort including The Club House with Air-Conditioned Fitness Center, Games Arcade, Sauna, Internet Cafe, Community Lounge Wireless Internet Access and Large Screen Cable TV, Tennis Courts, Volleyball Court, Children's Play Area and Beautiful Nature Trails.

In additional to my Private Pool and Spa, guests also have full use of the Resort's larger Heated Pool and Spa with Tiki Hut Bar for poolside drinks and snacks. There is onsite Concierge Service in the Club House. The villas are set in 330 acres of woodland approached via an elegant boulevard with lakes and fountains, which leads to the gates of this prestigious resort where the gates are manned 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

My villa boasts three Master Bedrooms, two living and family rooms, both with elegant elevated ceilings, one overlooking and giving access to the pool area. There is a beautiful Master King Suite with (United States) King-sized bed, widescreen cable TV, and luxury en-suite with large corner bath, double-sized shower and twin vanity basins + large walk in closet. with electronic safe. There are two Queen Rooms (King sized Beds), one with en-suite bathroom and cable TV, and the other with access to a bathroom just across the hall (and cable TV), also two twin rooms, one with Mickey Mouse cable TV, and the other with wall mounted widescreen TV. A pool bathroom gives direct access from both the pool and the house.

The villa has a large fully-equipped kitchen, and dining area with seating for ten. There are eight cable TVs, internet streaming via our 40" HD widescreen TV for unlimited movies (Netflix) games etc + Tivo. two DVD players plus movies, PlayStation II plus games, and a portable Stereo CD/Radio. Hairdryers in all bathrooms and phone with free International calling + Free In-house Wireless Internet. All linens provided, Patio furniture, sun loungers, and pool toys provided for your use. Facilities also include an electronic safe, Baby's reclining high chair, portable cot and stroller.

No glassware in the pool area please.
No parking on the grass. The sprinkler system is located near the edge. Please protect your security deposit by keeping all wheels of your vehicles on the concrete. Thank you!

We had the best time her. It was perfect for us!!! I will love to rent this house again! The kids had a great time the location was great. Easy to get to the parks.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
