Our beautiful home welcomes families of all sizes. From grandparents to parents and children, all are welcome.

Sleeping 12 guests, a maximum of 8 guests over the age of 14 years old (due to the bunk beds).

In these strange times we are doing all we can to ensure our home is safe for your stay. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home, therefore we are leaving 72 hour gaps between bookings to allow for effective cleaning and disinfection of our home.

As you enter our lovely home, you will be impressed with the soaring 17ft high ceilings in the spacious hallway & living room. The living room is a great place to relax & unwind after a busy day at the many attractions here in Florida. You will be able to sit and watch your favourite program on the 50" flat screen HD TV offering cable, on any of the 3, 3 seater sofas. There is also a DVD player & films for your convenience. Lighting can be soft using the 2 table lamps or brighter with the ceiling lamp & fan if needed. The whole house is air conditioned for your comfort.

The tastefully furnished dining room has seating for 6, whilst the nook has a further dining table & chairs with seating for 4, also offering 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

From the nook there are sliding doors (with alarm, if set, advising you someone has opened the door to the pool area) to the covered area and south west facing pool. There is a table & chairs outside allowing you to enjoy a meal or a relaxing drink outdoors. The pool area has sun loungers for you to top up your tan after a swim in the pool or a relaxing sit in the spa.

The kitchen has everything we think you will possibly need to prepare a great family meal. From wine glasses to dishwasher, from teaspoon to fridge/freezer with ice maker. With of course that most important coffee maker & teapot.

There is a laundry room with separate washing machine & dryer, ironing board, iron & vacuum cleaner for your use.

The villa sleeps maximum of 12 guests, 8 Guests over the age of 14 in either a king, queen or twin beds, 4 guests under the age of 14 in bunk beds.

The ground floor Master Suite has an American King size bed, overlooks the south west facing pool & spa, features a 40" HD TV & DVD player with cable, ceiling fan with fitted lamp. The large en-suite has a corner tub, separate shower, vanity basin, toilet & hairdryer. There is also a large walk in closet with plenty of hanging space & shelving.

The second Master Suite is on the upper floor & also overlooks the pool & spa, with a large fitted closet, a queen bed & 30" HD TV/combined DVD player, cable, ceiling fan with fitted lamp. En-suite has a full bath with shower over, vanity basin, toilet & hairdryer.

The 4th & 5th Bedrooms, are on the upper floor. One with twin beds, offering 28" HD TV/DVD combo, cable, closet and ceiling fan & light. The other bedroom has x2 bunk beds with fitted closet & 19" TV & DVD player. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom which consists of full bath with shower over, vanity basin, toilet & hairdryer.

The 3rd Bedroom is on the ground floor with a queen bed & has a fitted closet, 28" HD TV/DVD combo, cable, with ceiling fan & fitted lamp. Across from this bedroom is a shower room with shower, vanity basin, toilet & hairdryer.

The fully equipped Games Room is on the ground floor. Featuring a Pool Table, 7’ Air Hockey Table, Foosball table, Card Table & Chairs. There is a PS4 with 2 games, 2 controllers completing the games room. (The tv does not receive cable or tv programs it is a screen for the PS4 only) Portable radio/cd player which can be moved from room to room.

Located in the luxurious Emerald Island resort which offers a variety of activities. The resort stands in 300 acres of conversation woodlands & lakes, making it a true 'land island'.There are two swimming pools & a hot tub, sun loungers & a pool bar within the exclusive Club House. For people wanting to keep active whilst on vacation there is a fully gym/exercise room, sauna & lounge. Should you want to play even more games there is a games area/arcade room. Concierge staff services, internet, ATM are available at the Club House, complete with a stamp machine for those all important postcards home. Outdoors you will find a tennis court, sand volley ball & basket ball courts, all free to guests staying on property.

The only check in you have to do is with the resorts security on your arrival. Each car staying at the villa will have to register with security, a visit to the club house to collect a gate card, $10 deposit will be needed. Once this has been done, you are all ready for the fun to start, just make your way to the villa.

Why can't I call Pamela (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pamela (the owner) a message.

If Pamela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
