Indian Point with gorgeous lake and conservation view from pool.

Indian Point, Kissimmee is a beautiful residential community situated within a few minutes drive of the Highway 192, convenient for the Wal-Mart superstore, a large selection of restaurants, and close to all the major attractions.

The villa is only 15 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure. Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Cente is less than 90 minutes away.

This fully air conditioned single story detached villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), living room and dining rooms.

A wonderful pool area with covered lanai which is screened, that looks out to the lake and conservation area opposite. It has table and chairs as well as sun loungers. Please see pricing for additional cost if swimming pool heating is required.

This villa also has complimentary wifi internet access.

This is a spacious property with a large lounge, with patio doors giving access to the pool deck. There is a formal dining area, lounge with fabulous 46 inch LED television (with live Premier sports channels including all English Premier football games, Formula 1 and more) DVD player, and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with dinette. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and an ensuite bathroom including corner bath, twin sinks and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, with the third and the fourth bedrooms both has two twin beds. There is a utility which contains a washer and dryer, along with a large double garage with airing line.

This Non-Smoking villa is fully licensed in the State of Florida and conforms to all safety and legal requirements.

“All round property potential would have been rated 5 after a deep clean”

The house is perfect regarding accommodation space. Location we found was very good, neighbours very friendly and the property in general was very well equipped. We would stay here again, but feel Rosalia is not getting a good deal regarding the management company responsible for overseeing her property cleaning arrangements. Main faults were we did not see a pool cleaner during our 17 day stay and it was full !!! of bugs so we did not use it, DVD player did not work and main bedroom tv was far too small for the room. There was no security system for the property and we feel this would have been more reassuring regarding safety. To be fair we feel we got a good deal pricewise for the villa and all that would be required is for the management company to maintain the property in a fair and clean condition. In concusion this is a very good property and is well worth considering for a holiday.
