Our home is situated at Lindfields, a peaceful development to the west of Kissimmee, very close to the Disney Parks - very convenient to see Mickey & his friends!

Welcome to our luxury villa. We pride ourselves on the care we take to ensure that you enjoy our home as much as we do.

Our spacious, privately owned home is equipped & furnished to a very high standard and is managed locally. The oversize pool is screened and fully fenced for total privacy! Regarding the pool water temperature, you will have the benefit of our year round solar heating and we have a heater option for the cooler months.

Located near Disney, the many restaurants along the 192, Publix supermarket and a Wal-mart, our home is well maintained, very spacious and fully air-conditioned. Equipped & furnished to a high standard, you will not be disappointed from the moment you walk in the front door! Regular visitors to the area have often mentioned that our villa is a real home and tops the list of all the homes they have stayed in!

Spacious Living Area

There are two separate living areas. The first is an open-plan relaxing lounge with three sofas and a swivel/rocking chair. There is a handy work-station, with a dimmable lamp/phone charger & USB outlets, for work or play! This room leads into a dining room.

The additional large family room has electric reclining sofas, entertainment unit housing a 42' plasma HD cable TV. Large patio doors lead to the pool, access to which is fitted with a child safety alarm. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen, has granite countertops and includes fridge/freezer with door mounted ice & water dispensers, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, microwave, waste disposal etc. There is also a breakfast area with table a table and chairs and a breakfast bar with two swivel bar stools.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, bedside table, chair, cable TV, USB charger outlets, en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower, granite countertop & twin washbasins) and spacious closets. Two further bedrooms each with twin beds, spacious closets, drawer units and chair are adjacent to a second bathroom. All the bedrooms have laminate floors area rugs, table lamps. Linen and towels are supplied, including pool towels.

Oversize Pool

The larger than average 30' screened, floodlit, pool is landscaped with a lovely selection of plants and is fully fenced for your total privacy, unlike many other homes where each private pool overlooks another.

Our pool benefits from year round solar heating and we have a heater option, which we recommend you consider for the cooler months. At other times of the year the solar system can make a big difference to the temperature of the water (even in the summer, pools without heating can be quite cold!). A reel-out pool cover is provided for the cooler months to retain the heat overnight.

The pool deck is furnished with table, chairs, recliners, foot stalls and sun loungers.

Beware many homes have small pools, more like splash pools - Ours is big enough to have some real fun and enable you to actually swim!!

A double garage has a utility area with a large washer and dryer along with a pool table and full size ping-pong table (table tennis).

We offer a free high speed wireless internet connection and a generous amount of free long distance telephone calls anywhere in the United States, Canada and 40 countries overseas.

Why can't I call Chris (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chris (the owner) a message.

If Chris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
