Just a 10 minute drive to Disney World, the Florida Pad, is a beautiful self catering property in Kissimmee, Florida. Your holiday home is in one of the best locations in the Orlando area & offers you a home from home, with everything to ensure a truly wonderful vacation. You'll love cooking in the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy splashing around in your own private pool, with the kids or grand-kids, or why not relax by the pool after a busy day out at the parks.

You will find the property has plenty of household appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including Cable TV, HD Smart TV, Free WiFi, DVD, washing machine & clothes dryer, hairdryer, all towels & bed linen are provided and the price also includes local taxes and cleaning.

Why not ask about late availability and our extended stay discounts of 3 weeks or more.

In the winter months you have the option to use the pool heating, there is however an additional charge for this of 20 GBP per day, minimum 4 days. This will be subject to a call out charge if requested after arrival.

Thank you for your review Joseph, yes we find the location perfect for all our activities, relaxing in or by the pool after a hectic day is great. We enjoy eating in too and having the facilities to do this is a bonus. We are sorry to hear you had a problem with the hot water during your stay, I have checked with our management company and they popped along to show you how they worked they tell us that you weren’t opening the faucets quite far enough, we hope this was resolved to your satisfaction. Why can't I call Marianne (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Marianne (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marianne (the owner) a message.

If Marianne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
