Sunnyside Villa is located in Kissimmee,1.2 miles from the main highway 192 which has various shop outlets , Restaurants 24 hour wallmart is in walking distance. Disney world is a 20 minute drive away.Also there is a nature reserve close by were you can enjoy canoeing and fishing. The villa provides free wifi, air conditioning an outdoor private swimming pool with pool heat ( $15 per day if requested)and bbq area with patio for outdoor eating.

The villa has 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms 2 flat screen tv's with satellite channels, a ps4 console and blue ray dvd .

Kissimmee Sports Arena & Rodeo is 1 mile away and plaza del sol 1.4 miles away with Orlando International Airport 20 minutes drive away.

    Sorry you feel it needs updating but it’s just had a full refurb including painting and new heater installed for pool , I wou say pool looks any different as everything around pool is exactly the same except new barbecue , never had any other complaints regarding furniture but your opinions were noted, hope you enjoyed your stay

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrea (the owner) a message.

    If Andrea (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
