Sun Quest Villa is located on the small and peaceful community of Oak Island Cove. The property is an exceptionally spacious and luxuriously decorated 5 bedroom 4 bathroom home with fully screened private pool and hot tub. Oak Island Cove is one of the closest and most sought after residential areas to the magical world of Walt Disney - only a 7 minute drive to where Mickey and the Gang hangout. Oak Island Cove is situated on the western side of US Highway 192, turning into Formosa Gardens Boulevard at marker 5. It is approx. half a mile to the local shopping plaza, where you will find a supermarket, numerous good quality restaurants, medical centre, etc. Whether you want to visit the theme parks or lounge in the sunshine by the pool, Sun Quest Villa is the ideal base. Sun Quest is so close to Disney you will be able to return to it during a tiring day at the parks to freshen up and relax a little or have a swim before going back for the evening activities. Decorated and furnished to a high specification the fully air-conditioned accommodation is on two levels, the master king size bedroom en-suite has it's own private lounge and a twin bedroom are both located on the ground floor at the front of the home allowing easy access for anyone with mobility problems. A spacious family room with home theatre and surround sound with ample seating for the whole family, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook, dining room and laundry room with access to the well equipped game room in the garage are all located on the ground floor. Located on the upper floor is the second master Queen size bedroom en-suite, a Full size bedroom and a twin bedded room. The larger than average swimming pool is fully screened around the pool deck to keep out the bugs. There is also a hot tub on the pool deck for your enjoyment. Sun loungers, and table and chairs are provided at the poolside for those wishing to relax and soak up the Florida sun, or eat 'al fresco either in the sun or shade in the large Lanai area. The property benefits from having the sun over the pool area from early in the morning until well into the evening. Why not have a dip in the pool before retiring for the night! For your children's safety and your piece of mind, doors leading to the pool area are alarmed. Extras include TV and DVD in all rooms, gas barbecue. A wall safe is provided for your valuables and the property has the benefit of an alarm system. FREE Phone Calls to the US, Canada and the United Kingdom. WIFI Internet connection available. If you wish to eat out, there are many different restaurants (Olive Garden for the Italien lovers, a Longhorn Steak House, Ale House, Red Lobster, Outback, TGI Friday's, Carrabba's Italian Grill), within easy access of the villa. 24 hour supermarkets for those “little necessities” also are within a short drive. There is also a post office, walk-in clinic, pharmacy and numerous banks. The nearest hospital is at Celebration - approximately 20 minutes away.For lazy days away from the theme parks there is plenty for the young ones to entertained with the large swimming pool , games room and the recent addition of a playstation 4, (please bring your own games if you wish to use the consoles)for a truly memorable stay, Sun Quest is the place to stay.Take time to read the reviews as they speak for themselves.we now have several vacationers coming back for the second and third time.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
