Lovely Private, Villa with Beautiful Sea Views, Peaceful Location, close to local amenities, local Beach and Night-life..

We are able to offer 2 wonderful 3 bed-roomed sister villas with en-suite facilities in all bedrooms, both villas can sleep up to 7 persons so ideal for large groups, can sleep up to 14 persons!!

Set in bananas and walnut groves in a private idyllic location enjoying uninterrupted sea views situated in Kissonerga village between Paphos and Coral Bay. Walking distances from beaches, restaurants, shops, bank, chemist, supermarkets, coffee shops, bookshop, and the centre of Kissonerga village.

Walk to main road where local bus service runs every 15 minutes to Paphos old town, market, harbour, Coral Bay, shops and popular beaches. Villas Ellada 1 & 2 are spacious, modern villas tastefully decorated and comfortable in an elevated position.

FREE Wi-Fi (broadband wireless) guests to bring their own laptop.

Air con is available ( if required) in all rooms at small extra charge, per unit, per night.

Change over days are flexible.

16.00pm arrival times and 10.00am departure times unless otherwise agreed with Management.

Master bedroom with double bed & en-suite bathroom, large balcony with super sea & pool views.

2 x twin bedrooms with en-suite & balconies with sea & pool views. All rooms with a/c units.

We can also arrange for an extra Z bed for a 7th person.

En-suite bathroom to all bedrooms.

Downstairs w/c.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped Kitchen with everything, including; dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, washing machine, iron, ironing board, electric kettle, coffee machine and a table with six chairs, water cooler.

Living Rooms:

Spacious lounge/dining room with Nile TV, video-recorder, radio/CD player, DVD. Also a selection of books, games and Play station 2 for your entertainment.

2 sofas for maximum comfort & patio doors leading out onto terrace.

Nile Sat TV is now in place offering many channels available!

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:

Laundry/ towels changed before & after your stay, mid week laundry change on Day 7 of 2 week bookings.

Children's high chair, cot & car seat available for use at no extra charge in either villas.

Smoking is permitted outside only

Attractive 8x4 mtr swimming pools at both villas, both surrounded by well tended gardens well equipped BBQ & and patio areas.

There are sun beds, umbrellas and gardens furniture and outdoor shower. BBQ

Super walnut trees can be found in private orchard & a fantastic banana plantation directly outside villas belonging to owners!

Super mountains views are all around to rear of property.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
