SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS AND SUNSETS. This executive villa has 5 bedrooms all with their own en-suite facilities. Can sleep comfortably 10-12 persons. There are two master bedrooms and three twin bedrooms. One master bedroom is on 2 levels with the ground level offering a cosy private sitting room, wc and a double Jacuzzi room which enjoys breathtaking sea views. The upstairs split level area houses a double bed which also faces the sea through a very large window. The other master bedroom offers a big shower room, his+her washing basins and a cosy veranda with stairs taking you firstly to a private section of the garden and then to the pool area. The living and dinning areas of the villa have spectacular sea views and are furnished with modern leather furniture. The kitchen is also brand new and is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances. The villa has a large infinity swimming pool, with an optional pool heating system, covered BBQ area, outdoor sitting, dinning and resting areas, as also, a large landscaped garden.

Blue Coral Beach Villas: The main advantage of Oceanos Beach Villa is its fantastic location. Due to Government regulations / restrictions on building permits in this specific region, only 3 villas and a small convenience store exist in the area and this beach villa is one of them. These 3 villas form part of BLUE CORAL BEACH VILLAS, our exclusive beach front villa resort. During the architectural planning of the villas and the subsequent construction earlier this year, we took great care in preserving privacy. As a result, the villas are very exclusive and even though they are next to each other they do not overlook into each others pools. Their landscaped gardens are adjacent to a secluded and beautiful beach area and a smaller lovely cove which is only 300 yards away. All villas are completely independent from each other with private pools, private gardens and lots of privacy between them, suitable for very exclusive, relaxing and tranquil holidays!

Beaches and the Bungalow: Our beach villas are adjacent to a secluded and beautiful beach area and a smaller cove is only 300 yards away. They are situated on the outskirts of Kissonerga village at which you could do your shopping, and, visit the local taverns as also a fish tavern only a 5 minute walk from the beach house. In addition the cosmopolitan area of Coral Bay is only about 2km away with plenty of choices for shopping, restaurants and bars.

The Resort also offers for rent a very private bungalow/ annex, which is independent from the villas. It has its own patio with rattan furniture, as also separate landscaped gardens hanging literally over the beach. Sitting in the large round lounger and watching the sunsets and the sea view is a peaceful experience. The interior offers a double bedroom with air-conditioning unit, a separate shower room, a wc and stylish washing basin, as also a kitchenette. the annex is available to rent separately and it is ideal for larger groups that rent the villa and want an additional 6th bedroom.

House rules

The villa and the grounds are a superb setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions, subject to certain conditions. So far we have had several weddings taking place at our resort and all have been amazing events! Wonderful photos with the colourful sunsets and the blue of the sea as the background, are the favourite wedding photos of all the couples that had their wedding here!
