Description

The apartment is situated in the traditional Cypriot village of Kiti just 6 km from the town of Larnaca and only a short distance from Larnaca Airport.

The apartment, block C 204, is on the second floor and is serviced by a lift. It has been furnished to a very high standard making it feel like a home from home. There is an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of storage and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge which would be sufficient for 2 children.

For your entertainment there is a TV with cable, showing a selection of English film and news channels, DVD player with selection of films for adults and children and some box set comedies. There is WiFi in the apartment also.

The kitchen has a full size oven, 4 ring hob, microwave and a full size fridge. There is also a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The large balcony has views across fields, and out towards the village and the sea in the distance. The bathroom has a bath with shower over.

Outside there is a large swimming pool and a childrens pool with plenty of sunbeds for you to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There is also a BBQ area to the side of the pool and a children's playground.

Kiti itself has a host of restaurants, take aways, coffee shops and bars to eat out and several supermarkets including Lidl. There are also the villages of Pervolia and Teresefanou close by. During the year local festivals are celebrated in Kiti. Local bars including Tamala Bar and Jacksons provide entertainment on specified nights.

Larnaca is a short taxi ride for a livelier night out. Mackenzie Beach is a hit with the younger travelers while Larnaca centre attracts Cypriot families through out the week dining at the popular fish and meze restaurants. Other restaurants can be found including TGI Fridays, Macdonalds, and Pizza Hut.

Larnaca has two main beaches which are Finikoudes and Makenzie while other small beaches can be found nearer to Kiti. A car is not absolutely necessary as the local bus service can take you to Larnaca and further afield however it does enable you to discover this beautiful island.

This is our first year advertising through Trip Advisor so we are looking forward to welcoming guests and acquiring reviews. We have had several guests booking directly through us who have thoroughly enjoyed their holiday experience.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Michelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
