From the owner

Villa Stefy is a charming cottage directly located on the beautiful beach of Kiwengwa. The Villa consists of a spacious living room with open space kitchen, a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and one more bathroom with shower. The upper floor room has a beautiful landscape on the indian ocean. The big patio is ideal for outdoor dining. There is a little private beach with sunbeds and private swimming-pool.The Villa is fully furnished with wooden floor.

You will find all the forniture to cook and eat by yourselves. It is near good local or international restaurants,five minutes near supermarkets,bank,ATM,kite center,paddel center.

All around the Villa you can find little shops than sell water,soda,vegetables,eggs,wine etc.

Note: There is an extra tax 'hotel levy tax' to pay at arrival of 10 dollars per person per night.

The Wi-Fi is free only for the first recharge.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stefania (the owner) a message.

If Stefania (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
