From the owner

Villa Kameni dvori is a beautiful complex of two stone Villas with two pools in small lovely quet village Kremena in Dubrovnik area, Southern Dalmatia. Recently built Mediterranean villas on neighbouring plots, each one in its own garden and with its own pool.

Suitable for groups of up to 20 persons or each villa indivdualy on request.

2 Swimming pools, small summer kitchen, air conditioned, WIFI, BBQ, parking. There are 7 bedrooms (with big double bed), 5 bathrooms and 5 kitchens, 5 living rooms (with sofa to bed) In the courtyard (which is completely walled and gated) there is 2 large swimming pools only for our guests and spacious for dining area, summer kitchen (with dishwasher, washingmashine). Also by the pools there is a large outdoor grills area for family barbecue, cocktails or other fun of guests choice. Boath Villas are over 100 years old and they are on hand made renovated on stone in a rustic style with a blend of modern and traditional. A large area around the house that guests can use. In front of the villas there is a safe parking .

Descriptions of Villas

The first villa consists of three apartments.

-The ground floor contains of lovely bedroom with a large double bed. Modern bathroom with a massage shower. Fully equipped kitchen and living room with pull-out sofa.

-The second floor has the same arrangement as on the ground floor, but has been decorated in a cream and peach, some exposed stone walls and overall in a bright and modern style. Charming and romantic bedroom , bathroom with bathtub, full equiped kitchen and living room. In front of this pool is big terrace with garden furniture, lawn, pool.

- The third floor has the same arrangement as on the ground and second floor, but has been decorated in a green. In front of this floor is an outdoor area with garden furniture.

In first villa there are all together 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 kitchen and 3 living rooms

The second villa consists of two apartments.

-The ground floor contains of 2 lovely bedrooms with a large double bed. Modern bathroom with a shower. Fully equipped kitchen and living room with pull-out sofa. In front of this apartment is large outdoor area with large wooden table for 12 people, mediteran plants and pool with daskchairs. Also here is a small summer kitchen with washing maschine, dishwasher.

-The second floor has the same arrangement as on the ground floor. In front of this floor is terrace with garden furniture

In second villa there are 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms.

Villa Kameni dvori is ideal place for group of friends or families which want to go together on holiday and still have their own privacy far away from stress life. It is approximately 1 hour north of Dubrovnik and is a great base from which to take day trips to the town of Ston, the wine region on the Peljesac Peninsula, the island of Korcula, and Medjugorje and Mostar in Bosnia. From here our guests can enjoy exploring the local countryside, walking, running and cycling through local villages, visiting nearby beaches with crytal clean see or just simply relaxing by the pool.Our region is very beautiful and interesting and our guets have a lot of possibility of organizing interesting excursions in our neighborhood

Our big family of 18 had an amazing time in this wonderful home-away-from-home in Croatia. The beach is just down the road.

How do damage deposits work?
