<p>This property lies in the village of Knightcote,in the heart of Shakespeare's Country,within 600 acres of Warwickshire countryside estate,where you can enjoy nature walks to the nearby Burton Dasset Hills to experience spectacular views. Take a visit to the carp lake and feed the fish,stop by the vintage tractor collections with a play area for the kids. Just 15 minutes down the road you'll find the riverside town of Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick offering an excellent selection of shops,pubs,restaurants,theatres and Warwick Castle. This great central location is perfect for exploring Oxford,the Cotswolds and Banbury with its Famous Cross and links to London by train. Birmingham Museums,NEC shows and shopping centre,30 minutes away.</p><p></p><p>Arriving through the large front door with full-length window panels each side you come to a light and spacious lounge,where you can cuddle up on the sofa with a glass of wine and enjoy a novel. If you stay in for dinner,there is a fantastic farmhouse kitchen,fully equipped with an electric oven with gas hob,microwave,fridge-freezer,washer/dryer and dishwasher to save you doing the dishes. The dining area has a lovely wooden farmhouse table and seating for 16 diners. On this floor,you will find a cloakroom with wash basin and WC,handy for little ones. Heading up to the first floor you come to a double bedroom and en-suite shower room,with shower,washbasin and WC. Further along the hallway,you will find two twin bedrooms and a large family bathroom with bath,shower,and WC. Additional adult sized single bed available on request.</p><p></p><p>Stepping out from the large entrance you come to a private patio garden with a gas barbeque and furniture,where you can enjoy some outdoor dining or perhaps just sit in the sun and immerse yourself in the tranquil farmland surroundings. </p>
