Our Walnut Grove Guest House is on 6.5 acres w/ 360 degrees of privacy & breath-taking views of the Smoky Mountains. Located in Fountain City, we are minutes to downtown Knoxville, & surrounded by shops & restaurants. We are close to many activities & a short drive to the Smokey Mountains, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg.

The Walnut Grove guesthouse is nestled in at the top of a hill that over looks Fountain City. The guesthouse stands alone and is completely separate from the main house. It has a fenced area surrounding the house, perfect for your fur babies!

Our little stone retreat was built in the late 1930's and is full of character! We have recently renovated it with new hardwoods, appliances, fixtures, paint and quartz countertops, while preserving the majority of its original charm! Our pictures do not do it justice! Come visit and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed!

Our cozy guest house is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 small bathroom, a living room, a fully stocked kitchen and everything you need to eat, sleep and relax. We also have a queen-sized air mattress that can sleep 2 additional guests, toddler cots and a pack-n-play for the Little ones. In addition to the guest house, our guests are free to enjoy the outside common grounds including the sports court (tennis, basketball, soccer), swing set,patio and covered porch attached to the main house. We also have a large fire pit perfect for roasting hotdogs and marshmallows that guests are free to use!

Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO, and Wifi are included!!

We are child-friendly and can provide a pack-n-play, stroller, toddler cot or high chair upon request.

Why can't I call Jaclyn (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Jaclyn (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jaclyn (the owner) a message.

If Jaclyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
